What I collect.

Short version: your email address, and a note of where you came from. No ad trackers, no analytics scripts, no third-party pixels.

Your email address

If you enter your email to get a download, I store it so I can send you the link and, occasionally, a note when I publish something worth copying. It's stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in the EU and sent through Resend, which acts as the mail processor. I don't sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone else.

Where you came from

Links I put in video descriptions carry parameters like?from=youtube&v=some-video. When you first land on the site, those get saved in a cookie and attached to your record if you later sign up. It tells me which videos are actually useful to people. That's the whole purpose. It isn't shared or used to profile you.

Cookies

• mr_attr: the referral parameters above. 90 days.
• mr_session: a signed token that keeps you logged in after you click a magic link. 180 days, HTTP-only.
• mr_unlocked: a flag so pages can show a download button instead of a form. Carries no personal data.

All three are strictly functional. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, which is why there's no consent banner.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of what I hold on you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Emailmichele@remics.tech and I'll do it, usually the same week. Every list email has a one-click unsubscribe link, which stops all future email immediately.
